Enowa is looking for a part-time or full-time employee to assist the management team with tasks related to internal reporting and project controlling. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable handling responsibilities beyond formal job duties.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay in the finance and accounting world but would like exposure to the overall business processes within a fun, family oriented professional services organization.Requirements & ResponsibilitiesMinimum of 3 years experience with internal, accounting and controlling processes within a Professional Services companyAbility to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements and projectionsOversee the preparation and coordination of the year-end audit process and quarterly reviewsWork with outside accountant to prepare required tax returns, reviews/audits, and any other required statementsResearch and resolve issues or discrepancies with client's accounts, bill pay, or invoicesCollaborate with leadership team to coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variancesPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statementsSupport month-end and year-end close processEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsQualifications3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in professional services industryFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent verbal, written, and social skillsAttention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard proceduresSelf-starter with efficient time management and organizational skillsGeneral technology and analytics experienceThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExcellent accounting software user and administration skills in QuickBooksby Jobble
