Responsibilities:Perform, coordinate, and oversee administrative work for Sales Team. This includes tasks for Sales reps, Sales managers and the Director of Sales Operations.Collaborate with other departments regarding sales workflows that involve customers, internal processes and vendor management items. Maintain the data integrity of the Sales Department CRM, and assist personnel with inquiries, CRM processes, and overall system maintenance. Assist sales team and sales leadership with administrative tasks for customer-facing items, manufacturer items, and internal sales initiatives. Be a helpful resource for other departments when there are cross-departmental initiatives that impact the Sales Department. Provide every Advance customer and prospect with a phenomenal customer experience, whether it's via email, telephone, or in-person. Work closely with Marketing to support their efforts with capturing sales & marketing metrics. Own the day-to-day maintenance and end user training for the CRM. Provide support with analytics and sales reports. Prerequisites:High School diploma, some college is preferred. At least 1-2 years as secretary, administrative assistant. Proficient in Excel and Power BI Experience working in a Sales environment preferred. Marketing experience helpful.
