We are hiring for a Demand Generation Lead to become an integral part of our Marketing Team in assisting to build and execute a strategic growth marketing program that generates leads, engages accounts, and drives revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of demand generation strategies and campaign optimization techniques in order to drive new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the Sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts. This role is a remote opportunity, candidates do not have to be located in the Atlanta area. In this role, you'll get to:Plan and execute high-impact pipeline demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, verticals and audience types by coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute effective marketing programsManage key aspects of a holistic demand generation program that includes account-based marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, virtual/live events, advertising, and moreStrategize and execute effective account-based marketing programs and campaigns using Demandbase to reach, engage, and convert companies on our target account list Triage inbound leads, working closely with SDR & Sales teams to qualify, engage, nurture, and advance prospects into the Sales funnelOversee the development, deployment and testing of marketing campaigns, email cadences, landing pages, and lead listsOwn relationships with third parties to research, evaluate, and negotiate marketing opportunitiesPartner closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop thoughtful, targeted programs that capture market share and strengthen AnswerRocket in a fast-changing marketForecast, measure, analyze, and report on demand gen performance and funnel metrics at the campaign and program levelTest and deploy new channels and tools (eg virtual events, webinars) in an unprecedented market, adapting as-neededThink creatively and contribute to the big ideas, while executing on the tacticsWe are looking for people who: Have a bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business or other relevant discipline Come with 2+ years of professional B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation, preferably within SaaS companiesAre experienced using a diverse set of marketing tools, for example: Demandbase (or similar ABM platforms), HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Moz, Wordpress, and Google AnalyticsAre data-driven, metrics-focused and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences to optimize effortsAre energetic project managers with a strong ability to collaborate with team members to achieve common goalsPossess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work at all levels of an organization Have a curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices Have exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailAre self-directed and not afraid of a hyper-growth environment Benefits and perks: Competitive salary with health, dental and vision insurance.Equity incentive plan.401K, Health Savings, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
