They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team.They understand basic business, financial reporting (eg, P&Ls), and how to support others in making great business decisions with an abundant mindset.What will you do?This is the 20% of the job Actively engage and attract productive associates (with market share) through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW technology (recruit and retain)Consult productive/top 20% associates to increase productivity and profitabilityYou will also Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with the Market Center teamEnsure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates' needsLead and/or partner with MC team to increase associates' productivity through business consultingEffectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams' value proposition as it relates to associates' businesses, goals, and/or needsLaunch and oversee the ALC (associate leadership council) and ensure ALC growth in productivity and profitabilityResearch competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with OPEnsure market center is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expensesOversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams CultureLead sales and business meetingsKnowledge/SkillsExtraordinary people skillsLeadership, management, team-building skillsGoal setting, planning, accountability skillsProblem-solving skillsRecruiting and/or sales experienceCareer development, business acumen, and training experienceAn in-depth understanding of real estate technologyReal estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estateTrack record of successMastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systemsCompensationAggressive compensation and benefits package to put leader among top 5% income earners in marketplace! $100,000+ including base salary, performance bonuses, profit sharing, earned equity opportunities and both professional and personal development opportunities paid.
