Job Description As a Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with locating and qualifying both active and passive candidates for positions that our clients have open nationwide. You will be working with a team of Account Managers, and other recruiters on these requirements. The ideal candidate will be capable, passionate and highly driven to grow the staffing and recruiting capabilities of the business. He/she will possess outstanding client presentation abilities, and superior communication and interpersonal skills. Areas of Responsibility Work directly with a team of Account Managers to understand needs of client. Recruiting over multiple mediums to secure the highest level of talent for open positions Successfully review job descriptions to identify the right candidate. Communicate frequently clearly candidates. Establish relationships with active and passive candidates- encourage referrals. Source, Screen, and interview candidates to determine competence.
