We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, veterinary technician to join our busy practice. Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists (CVSS) COLUMBIA location has grown & we are looking to add at least one more member to our already talented team of anesthesia technicians. We are a highly specialized surgical practice, performing a number of advanced procedures. We frequently use our on-site CT, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, and underwater treadmill to ensure successful outcomes for all of our patients. We are looking for a registered veterinary technician or eligible to become one in MD in the next 6 months that is passionate about anesthesia & surgery. We will consider applicants that are not registered but have at least 2 years of experience monitoring anesthesia on critical small animal (feline & canine) surgeries. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently. Must be able to work 4 days a week (M-F), 10 hr days, between the hours of 7a-7p.
