The APE position is the breeding ground for PCI's future leaders. This dynamic role sees front-line action in the project management and estimating arenas, and those who succeed are positioned for growth in an innovative environment. Job responsibilities include:+ Conduct safety meetings+ Create and manage punch lists+ Support the Quality Control Measures outlined in the QA/QC program+ Prepare RFI's and submittals+ Do labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance+ Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering+ Support the implementation of the job schedule+ Coordinate warranties and O's+ Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing**Requirements Basic Requirements:**+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science or related discipline, or comparable work experience.+ Willing to travel for projects as needed.**Minimum Requirements:**+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word+ A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings+ Strong oral and written communication skills+ Ability to work in a team environment+ Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught+ Customer service skills, such as able to work with customers and build strong relationships+ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills+ Ability to multitask+ Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative+ Works well under pressure and deadline**Benefits**Performance Contracting Group has developed one of the most attractive and lucrative compensation systems within the construction industry.
