Job Description: Responsibilities:Develop strategic outreach and policy campaigns to clear a path for FRL's continued innovation, exploration and growthIdentify, monitor, and analyze privacy policy issues affecting FRL at the international and federal levelsSupport engagement with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion formers, non-profit groups and others to contribute the development of policy frameworks that will help guide private, safe and responsible innovationWork cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Communications, Corporate and Partnership teams, as well as global policy teams to build and drive policies that guide responsible product developmentBuild coalitions with other organizations to advance FRLs policy goalsDevelop and project manage innovative policy campaignsSupport the development of FRLs narrative and position around key issues, including privacy, integrity, and safety in briefing papers, consultation responses, internal and external meetings, and other materialsMonitor and research current and relevant emerging public policy issues and thought leadersIndependently manage smaller advocacy campaigns or collaborate on the management of larger campaigns, serving as a primary client lead in some casesDevelop and manage campaign strategies for both individual stakeholders and multi-stakeholder coalitions, including communications plans, third-party outreach efforts, timelines and measurement/evaluationCoordinate across multiple internal teams such as out in-house research, social media, creative, and media relations teams to incorporate their skill sets into overall campaign strategy and ensure flawless execution of the clients prioritiesManage client expectations while maintaining our firms unwavering standards for honesty and ethics, earning clients respect, trust and confidencePreferred Qualifications:Experience in internet technologies, security, privacy, integrity, safety, content moderation and the surrounding policy environments5+ years of government relations or experience in government working on policy issuesPolicy stakeholder engagement experienceExperience executing cross-functional policy campaigns domestically and/or internationallyby Jobble
