Your Contribution to Our Mission: QinetiQ is seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Analyst with strong system administration, PC technician, and problem-solving skills to serve as a key member of our IT team providing support in the following areas: Administering to Linux and Windows-based servers/domains, LAN/WAN IP networks, digital & VoIP telephony systems, data backups, and Windows clients. Maintain computer/network usage policies. Administer to users/devices/systems/networks at QinetiQ's US locations. To Land This Job, You Need: 1-3 years' experience as a Service Desk Analyst and/or PC Technician. Proficiency in administering Windows Clients. Proficiency with a variety of PC Technician tasks. Proficiency in administering LAN/WAN IP networks. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Security + or ability to be certified within 6 months of hire. Experience supporting digital and VoIP telephony systems.
