Job Description The Progressive Care Unit at Inova Fair Oaks is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join our team! Full Time Nights Inova Fair Oaks Telemetry Unit is home to 36 beds. Patients admitted to Telemetry require cardiac monitoring and frequently have cardiac, renal, respiratory, and/or gastrointestinal disease processes. To care for these complex patients, the team works together with a unified mission of quality and excellence. BSN or MSN or if Associates Degree RN, meet with your nurse leader within 6 months of start date to: Identify which Accredited School the team member plans to attend Submit a review of transcript from the school indicating the required pre-requisites and timeline for taking the courses Provide a written plan with anticipated BSN completion date which must be completed within 24 months of start date BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others. Proficient computer skills required.
