experience with providing advance knowledge of implementing access control enforcement, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation of Microsoft Cloud-based technology( Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive); and substantive specialized experience in a type of work or a combination of functions directly related to the below:Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for developing, writing and editing technical documentation such as standard operating procedures, technical manuals, user manuals, and design documentation for Microsoft O365 Tenant for ( Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive).Develop detailed design plans for software implementation (COTS), strategy, tasks, schedules, and identifies milestone dates to ensure proper sequencing of events, work efforts, and resources to accomplish objectives in implementation of Microsoft O365 Tenant (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive).Implementation of Microsoft O365 Tenant (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive).Assist in Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) process from design-stage to establishment and maintenance of system Authority to Operate (ATO) for MS Office 365 Tenant (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive).Provide a Weekly and Monthly Status report: Status report must include work accomplished for the week/month, milestone, percentage of completion, and lastly a final report on the deliverable to include but not limited to:Design documentation for (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive)Implementation documentation on the aboveFinal completion on the below with 99.99 - 100% by 2021 documentation: Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.Final report on the VPN Stress Test and recommendations to the CIO/AO.Develop a network traffic generator for bandwidth and stress testing the VPN environment.Conduct/implement the VPN stress test and provide the results to CIO/AO.Work with third party vendor in upgrading and implementing a Cybersecurity tool (Varnois) and setup monitoring user activity between the workstation to the Microsoft cloud-based technology as needed.Gather system requirements and support several projects in evolving, testing, and rolling-out new products and services, then transitioning the product to post launch operations activities throughout the life of the product or servicesDocument processes and procedures and follow a formal change management procedureWork with internal team and external (vendors) to make improvements to current infrastructure as needed to implement Microsoft O365 Tenant (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive).Research and make recommendations in all areas of Microsoft O365 Tenant.Interact with internal clients and vendors as part of engineering and administration activities, such as technical and operational integration, and system maintenance.Coordinate and manage diverse technical support tasksMaintain high satisfaction through successful and timely resolution of technical problems.Responsible for systems analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting, Information Assurance (IA) initiatives, and system mitigation and transition strategies.QualificationsClearance: Public Trust (must be US Citizen),DOD Secret Clearance Preferred.Substantive specialized experience in a type of work or a combination of functions directly related to the below:Education/Certifications/Skills Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, related field or equivalentCertifications: Must obtain appropriate DoDD 8570.01-M Computing Environment (CE) certification, such as Security+ or higher. Microsoft Server 2016 or higher certification.Windows 10 certification. Computing environment MCSE, MCSA or MCPMicrosoft Azure Cloud certification (preferred)Must have 15+ years of total work experience in implementation of COTS/GOTSMust have 5+ years of experience administering Cloud-based technology (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.Must have a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in System Administration AND in supporting a Microsoft Windows-based environmentMust have experience with Microsoft O365 Tenant Security policies for Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, and Windows Defense ATP.Must have experience with configuring and securing mission-critical production (Microsoft O365 Tenant) from clients to the cloud-based storage OneDrive.Must have experience deploying Microsoft Windows 10 with Office 365 and server 2012/2016 for the Server Administrators.
