Job Summary:
Westat is seeking a Website Content Specialist, who will support an NCI-funded project. You will communicate with protocol coordinators and requestors, and ensure that their content is posted in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Review and publish content for the CTSU Member's website, for requests received from Protocol Coordinators, and other requestors.
•    Post protocol and non-protocol documents, document links for protocol activations or pre activations, emergency messages, and announcements to the website.
•    Post HTML content while ensuring it is Section 508 compliant.
•    Regularly communicate with protocol coordinators/requestors, and ensure that their content is posted in a timely manner.
•    Support the publication and distribution of the CTSU Bi-Monthly Broadcast email.
•    Utilize Content Management System (CMS), and FileZilla to perform posting responsibilities.
•    Run basic SQL queries (queries will be provided) to ensure that new studies are available in the staging website.

Basic Qualifications:
•    A Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Information Technology related field.
•    3+ years of previous work experience in an IT environment.
•    Experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, and Section 508 compliance.
•    Previous experience with content management software

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to follow processes and manage tasks within multiple initiatives/projects concurrently. 
•    Strong desire to learn new skills and technologies.
•    Work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
•    Able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
