Master System Integrator

Card Tech Core organization is at a pivotal phase where we are building new capabilities to enable, innovate, secure and scale our core platform while continuing to make investments in our existing business critical services. We are actively seeking a senior level Analyst who will be responsible for upfront discovery, analysis, and solutioning of new initiatives and operations management.

As a leader in this tech organization, this individual will be responsible for partnering with Product team/Product Owners and Engineering leaders along with Architects to analyze and help derive solutions. Additionally this individual will be responsible for working with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to help build the muscle on Agile Backlog grooming and co-lead grooming sessions.

You will have the opportunity to tackle complex problems while using your expertise to deliver and support our services. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners vertically and horizontally throughout the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to integrate into a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role.

In this role you will:

  • Continue to develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of supported business processes and underlying technologies, ensuring alignment to initiatives and strategy.
  • Communicate across technical, project, and business resources verbally and through written documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other tech platforms and partners to engineer integrated, end-to-end solutions across technology layers.
  • Support automated testing efforts required to ensure successful implementation of solutions into production.
  • Communicate withbusiness and technical partners on incidents as they occur when they impact system performance or availability
  • Take an active contributor and lead role in Agile practices, especially leading Story writing, EPIC decomposition and User Story Mapping, especially for very technical requirements.
  • Utilize problem solving and root cause analysis skills including but not limited to, 5 Whys, Cause-Effect/ishikawa diagrams, Value Stream mapping etc.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in data analysis
  • At least 5 years of experience in an agile environment
  • At least 2 years of Credit Card Domain experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience with RDMS databases, writing queries, profiling data
  • 3+ years of experience with automated testing (Cucumber, JavaScript, Selenium)
  • 2+ years of experience with monitoring technologies (Splunk,Tableau)
