Human Resources, Strategy and Delivery Lead

Our Performance and Talent Management team is on a mission to create a more Simple, Empowering, Transparent and Inclusive experience for all associates. We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our newly established Executive Talent team, where you'll have an opportunity to define and drive an enterprise-wide agenda and manage a broad range of high-visibility projects.

As a Delivery Lead, you'll swarm on our most critical executive talent opportunities, both supporting holistic delivery at scale and driving new experiences to the Enterprise. You will bring both strategic structure and big picture perspective to key initiatives, all while making progress towards our long term vision. You will be responsible for driving critical work forward, making connections across cross functional teams, communicating progress, removing impediments and helping teams deliver a great associate experience across the Enterprise. You are both scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven - and excited to make a difference.

The Delivery Lead must have the ability to take a holistic, integrated approach to drive critical talent work to customers, leading multiple efforts from design to delivery. They will build rapport across a vast array of partners and stakeholders by leveraging excellent communication skills, proactively addressing dependencies, and inspiring action amongst their team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and be accountable to drive an integrated Executive Segment strategy and roadmap, in partnership with Executive Talent team
  • Create structure, channels, and frameworks to formulate at the onset and evolve this work while bringing transparency within and into the team
  • Facilitate and enable team productivity including identification of key dependencies and resources needed to execute on prioritized efforts
  • Collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders to elevate projects in flight and gather critical context
  • Build, monitor, and analyze feedback and effectiveness metrics
  • Look ahead to identify obstacles and make recommendations to drive future improvements to enhance impact, value and sustainability


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in project, program, process or product management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Delivery Lead
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed organization
  • Impeccable judgment, relationship building skills, and customer focus
  • Ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders and associates to deliver against a robust cross-functional agenda
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems and thrive in ambiguity
  • Passion for learning with a growth mindset
