Overview of Position As the TA Programs Manager, you will lead and enhance current Talent Acquisition Attraction strategy, with a focus on managing our Advertising Vendors and Program Partnerships to design campaigns and outreach strategies to increase applicant flow in specific talent pools. You will provide strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will own the design and execution of innovative marketing and employer brand strategies to drive talent pipelines across all segments, positioning Change Healthcare as a technology employer of choice for diverse talent. You will also manage our University Program design and strategy, in addition to managing events and outreach programs. This position will be the lead partner with our Recruitment Marketing vendor, Talent Management team, Business Resource Groups, Universities, and vendor partners to drive more diverse talent pipelines in the recruiting process. This role will play a key part in growing our DE&I strategy and will bring innovative solutions to the function. The Program Manager will also be responsible for partnering with our Talent Attraction Specialist on branding and social media content and our Data Analyst to track and analyze metrics, reporting, and progress on DEI and Attraction strategies. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Talent Attraction Lead, develop and implement marketing strategies & programs to acquire candidates across digital and social platforms. Lead the management of Talent Attraction vendor partnerships, , understanding different types of campaigns, applicant flow metrics, including Career Site and Programmatic advertising, Diversity Attraction and Social Media. Identify key partnerships and opportunities to promote the Change Healthcare employment brand. Engage with cross-functional groups (enterprise marketing, foundation, corporate social responsibility, communications, and lines of business) on funding, sponsorships, event participation, and recruiting. Lead the design, evolution and strategy for the Career Site, Social Media, Talent Communities and digital partner pages (LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, Mogul, etc) with a focus on Diversity across key segments. Consult with TA Leaders to design ad hoc campaigns for priority recruiting efforts and hard to fill roles. Diversity Program Management Serve as the primary contact for external partnerships in the DE&I space as it relates to the attraction and outreach for a diverse workforce. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to define and execute diversity recruitment strategies that increase representation. Liaise with Talent Acquisition Delivery to understand workforce plans and hiring demands to develop short- and long-term sourcing strategies. University and Referral Program Management Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to define and execute university recruitment strategies, including employment brand, engagement and attraction of diverse talent from universities Manage the Employee Referral Program and partner with our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management leadership on strategies to drive increased referrals that target diverse populations. Events Planning & Management Responsible for Change Healthcares on-campus and virtual presence , manage and coordinate events for diversity outreach and the annual calendar of recruitment events. What are the requirements needed for this position? 5-8 years of related experience in a recruitment marketing or program specialist/manager developing, delivering, promoting, and improving programs 3-5 years experience with managing advertising vendors, understanding different types of campaigns, applicant flow metrics, etc. Successfully executed ideas/strategies on increase applicant flow, understanding which specific avenues would yield the best results 3-5 years experience working with diversity partners, conferences, colleges, and universities; or recruiting and/or sourcing role with a focus on diversity and early career 3-5 years experience with recruitment marketing including employment branding, career site design and job advertising.
