POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Executive Compensation Analyst will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of cost-effective executive compensation plans and programs based on competitive practices, regulatory directives, and ESAB principles.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES* Administer global executive compensation programs including executive base pay, benefits, annual and long-term incentive plans* Conduct executive job analysis, evaluation and market analysis to determine appropriate salary rages and levels based on internal and external equity. Review survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trends and recommendations* Assist in coordinating and communicating the annual and long-term incentive plan globally, providing training & guidance to local and global HR partners and participants on compensation policies and programs while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations* Administer the long-term incentive plan and support the relationship with the external record keeper and external compensation consultant for these plans* Prepare materials for the meetings of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors* Compile and summarize data for use in public filings, including the annual proxy statement, Form 10-Q, and Form 10-K* Monitor ISS and Glass Lewis for current processes and procedures and execute appropriate actions to support.* Participates in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects including the Total Rewards Planning Year-end compensation cycle, global career framework leveling, and ad hoc projects throughout the year* Responsible for participating in compensation surveys and studies as well as conducting analysis in support of the Total Rewards functions* Performs other related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS* BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Minimum 8 years executive compensation experience* Global experience preferred* CCP, CEP designations desirable* In-depth understanding of compensation, such as incentive compensation design and equity compensation governance* Ability to comprehend complex regulations and program provisions* Strong, demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail and quality orientation* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple complex demands and shifting priorities* The highest level of integrity and management of confidential information and protecting data privacy.#06022021
