We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist position.The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports Remedi pharmacy sites with sourcing and recruiting of talent.How You will contribute:Work with pharmacy site HR Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers in the coordination of talent acquisition of both external and internal pharmacy operations staff.Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that includes; job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.Identify and source appropriate talent for current openings within the organization.Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.Provide candidates with details about corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HRBPs with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.Coordinates employment events such as career fairs, job fairs, etc.Develop college and technical school recruiting programs.Tracks and reports on job requisitions and fill time statistics.More fun stuff:Employment marketing initiativesBranding campaignsInternal referral programsDevelop employee engagement metrics and retention programs.Develop the corporate policy for talentbench-markingReview and recommend talentassessment tools/instrumentsTrain on interviewing skills and policiesWhat You'll bring:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Health care, Business or related discipline preferred.1-2 years of experience with agency or in-house recruitingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Knowledge of web-based talent search engines and search/data mining capabilities.Knowledge of applicant tracking and new hire coordination preferred.Experience training managers/supervisor on interviewing skills preferred.Experience in health care contracting (preferred)Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
