SUMMARY This position will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment activities of the Company and ensuring the Companys hiring practices to comply with Company policy, EEO, ADA and other applicable Federal and State regulations. Acts as the liaison with staffing agencies. S3 has a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of member service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the full scope of recruitment efforts for the Company, to include but not limited to developing and implementing candidate generation tactics such as networking, internal and external recruitment, college recruiting, outplacement centers, diversity strategies, and social media advertising. Assists with the hiring managers and senior talent acquisition team to discuss staffing needs and develop multi-faceted recruitment plan. Assists in the selection of the highest quality employees by managing the candidate life cycle including scheduling interviews, administering pre-employment screening, requesting credit, and preparing offer and rejection letters for all assigned positions. Maintains a record of applicants and candidates considered and interviewed for each position in the Companys applicant tracking system. Participates in departmental staff meetings and attends other meetings to proactively support structural changes and offer solutions to employee issues. Prepares reports and recruiting metrics for use by members of S3s leadership team in support of strategic initiatives. Maintains confidentiality and exercises a high level of discretion on all matters. Performs other work-related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in call centers required Experience working with applicant tracking systems is also required Up to 10% travel may be required (eg job fairs, conferences) Requires the ability to be tactical as well as partner on strategic efforts as it relates to talent acquisition Excellent communication, as evidenced by responsive, well-crafted communications via email, phone or in-person; must be client-focused Analytical and problem-solving skills are required to work effectively with all levels of management and staff Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail Prioritize workload based on department requirements and staffing needs Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team Positive attitude and team-oriented Ability to function in changing environment STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE Professional representation of S3 Shared Service Solutions, LLC.
