Integrity in all we do."Responsibilities And DutiesProvides user support and customer service on supported computer applications and platforms.Responds to requests for assistance, troubleshoots problems and advises on the appropriate action.Elevates issues as needed. Maintains logs and other documentation for analyses.Assigns and issues laptops to the customerAssists with account creation and hardware issue/return for all new and departing personnelAssists with contract line-item number (CLIN) rolloverAssists customers with iPhone activation Communicates with the regional offices and other ONR commands to ensure the requirements are being met and optimal services are being delivered.
