DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Sales Manager and/or his or her designee, the incumbent is responsible for participating in the various stages of the sales process. S/he will be part of a team that is dedicated to generating interest and setting appointments with homeowners in their assigned local market. In addition, he/she will be an integral part of the comprehensive sales strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to successfully communicate with all levels, verbally and written. Meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals consistently.Achieving daily metrics including canvassing, phone calls and setting client appointments.Utilizing sales techniques by providing the necessary information for clients to make an informed decision. Develop an effective pipeline of clients and offer new opportunities or promotions. Qualifying a client for an appointment based on availability, need and interest level. Manage and accurately update client data in the CRM system. Develop and maintain a broad range of external networks, research, and source new sales avenues. Collaborate effectively with all team members to include sales managers and ensure understanding of all products and services offered. Other duties as assigned.
