Organizational Growth Associate works with the External Affairs team to creatively seek out and research prospective new donors and retain existing donors for all Hollaback! programs through a variety of approaches, including developing and implementing strategies to manage stewardship, ensure acknowledgements and recognition for our portfolio of donors, and hosting cultivation events. This year we"ll be hosting our first ever Gala, and we"ll be seeking to deepen our relationships with major donors, influencers, and corporate partners.The Organizational Growth Associate will be managed by and partner with the Director of External Affairs to enhance the fundraising efforts, campaign strategies and develop efficient donor tracking systems to ensure all information contained is accurate and updated.The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job. The Organizational Growth Associate may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below; and specific functions may change from time to time.Manage annual campaigns, major gifts and planned giving initiatives.Participate in the organizational strategic planning and re-brand.Responsible for donor prospecting, outreach, stewardship, and renewal as well as maintaining up-to-date donor portfolios.Proactively explore potential revenue growth opportunities through Hollaback!"s events, programs and/or partnerships.Support Director of External Affairs, as needed, with best practices regarding donor relations.Work with training team to hone and iterate the "ask" as the end of our trianings, and development consultants.Work with the communications team to ensure it has accurate donor collateral, talking points and key messaging to properly communicate to donors via Hollaback!"s communications channels. Manage and develop innovative donor experiences, including the annual organizational Gala.Oversee the accurate input of all donor data into Salesforce, and run regular reports that can help inform donor relationships and decision making. Participate in organization brainstorms and meetings.Monitor, hone and improve all development-related content on Hollaback!"s digital platforms and print material.Manage and create development-related materials for reports and brochures, like the annual report and program one-pagers.RequirementsThe following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this jobEDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING BA or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.WORK EXPERIENCE Two or more years" experience in non-profit fundraising or related fields.
