The System Administrator will be part of our Network Support team and serves as a primary point of contact for network and IT-based initiatives and tasks within the organization. The primary responsibilities of the System Administrator include configuring laptops, supporting employees, monitoring, documentation, and general support of ITS systems and servers. Tasks will also involve ongoing collaboration and communication with internal teams, outside vendors, and management personnel. The successful candidate will be a natural troubleshooter with the ability to escalate issues proactively when needed. This position will be in our Baltimore office with some work-from-home options available.
