Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust (Clearable) Key skills: IT Asset Management, Desktop Refresh, Microsoft Excel, Any ticketing system such as (ServiceNow, Remedy, Nifty, NinjaRMM, Auvik, AssetExplorer, Atera, Freshservice, Spiceworks, Snipe-IT & etc.) We are currently looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst who is familiar with asset billing. The IT Asset Analyst will compile asset data for billing to the client, analyze the data for the discrepancy, compile the data into a report format preferred by the client and investigate/remediate any discrepancies in the data. IT ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST DUTIES Manage and maintain the inventory database and records of information such as locations, and warranties for the enterprise's hardware. Ensure compliance with vendor contracts by carrying out effective planning and monitoring and working with hardware assets. Collecting, documenting, and maintaining inventory Assist to develop and implement IT Asset Management strategies, process and procedures, work instructions, and schedules. Review and approve documents and ensure site compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. Assist to establish, maintain, and communicate all policies and procedures on IT inventory and asset tagging. Lead the efforts to conduct and support any internal or external audits. Complete and maintain all required reporting to the government and other customers. Facilitate the training of personnel. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must have the ability to obtain a federal government security clearance. Excellent Microsoft Excel capabilities (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) is a must for qualification. Close attention to detail with advanced asset tracking troubleshooting capabilities Ability to interface with executive leadership. 4+ years of relative experience Excellent Customer Service Skills.
