ORBIT ENERGY & POWER / ORBIT WATER - TERRITORY MANAGER - RETAILOrbit Water looking has an immediate need for a Territory Relationship Manager of Brand Ambassadors in the Montgomery County MD area. We are looking for an outgoing and energetic individual to manage and train a team of Brand Ambassadors to represent our company in local Home Depots!This position will oversee, manage, train and motivate a multi-location group of Brand Ambassadors who will be promoting our Home Water Purification Systems and generating leads for our sales representatives. We are looking for a candidate who can provide strategic management and execution for our team. This role will provide motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly and monthly goals.Essential Job Duties:Interview new hires, institute training program for Brand Ambassadors (BA)Create and develop positive culture for your team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques.Have a direct hands-on approach and can create a positive, productive cultureOversee all the teams activities to establish the maximum amount of leads for our sales representativesMonitoring performanceUpdate/improve scripts as needed and customer service guidelines.Develop strategies that help the interaction of the BA"s and customersBeing an active member of the Corporate Marketing leadership teamAssist and monitor annual budgetCoordinating schedules for BA"sProviding timely tracking and entering of sales leads into corporate database.Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates weeklyQualificationsHigh School diploma, College degree preferred or equivalent work experienceRequires 3+ years of experience in management experience in retail/sales setting preferredMust have your own vehicle and Valid Driver"s license with a clean driving recordExcellent training and coaching skillsRequires weekend workAble to think strategically and have strong project management skillsProvide and promote a positive upbeat environment to the teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to self-manage (time and budget)Compensation50-75K plus commissionsOur Pledge:"Our team exists for the purpose of making our world a more environmentally friendly planet through every single renewable energy project that we deploy."
