Our practice is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our wonderful team. The position requires a highly motivated and inspirational leader who will help take our team to the next level of patient care. Candidates must show enthusiasm, dedication, professionalism, compassion, a deep sense of empathy, excellent communication & time management skills, and be team-oriented in order to provide our patients with the absolute BEST dentistry has to offer.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is active in their continuing education and relishes the opportunity to work with others in a Leadership Position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Main categories comprised of Management- ensuring Office duties are being performed in conjunction with Office Policies; assisting and monitoring in the "flow" of the office schedule/communication/etc Administration- Accounts Receivable; Insurance Break Down and Verification; Patient Follow Up; Claims Submission and Tracking; Payment Collection; Multi-line phonesHuman Resources- Job Openings Placement and Tracking; Coordinating Interviews and Being Part of the Interview Team; Handling Time Off Request and Employee ConcernsSales- Treatment Plan Review (not the clinical aspect); Helping Patients Get Needed Treatments by Reviewing Insurance Coverage, Out of Pocket Expenses, Financing, Collecting and Scheduling; Tracking and Follow-up of Treatments That Have Not Yet Been accepted;A' Managing and Keeping a Productive Schedule - Team-focused, uplifting, and educational work culture
