Fresh Talent Sources is looking for an IT Support Engineer (Remote). This role is responsible for analyzing and finding solutions to issues within the proprietary software. Also, this role is responsible for developing workarounds and report defects in the products.Responsibilities:Assistance and Collaboration - assist with customer onboarding, technical difficulties through phone, email, or chat as needed. Assist with UAT testing coordination, major and minor releases, hotfixes, and patches. Review product change requests/ future requests from customers and collaborate with others to assess necessity. Documentation - Ensure up-to-date documentation of solutions in the form of Wikis, as well as in internal and external FAQ documents at all times. Ensure external knowledge base Wikis are always up to date and working properly based on the newest iteration of the product and based on any new best practices. Creation of training tools and agenda; Coordinate training for all customer segments when as requested.Technicality - Research and resolve technical issues are received from Wellness Providers and Facility Managers in a timely fashion. Escalate technical issues to other providers or internally after a thorough investigation. Utilize the Hubspot CRM for service and support tickets, and ensure it is kept up to date according to policy and procedure. Suggest improvements to the product, processes, and security of the product. Ability to work in Hubspot (For Support and Service), Paychex, Google Suite, Confluence, Aircall, Slack, and Asana. Qualifications:Must have at least 2 years in a technical support role, degree, or computer certifications.Coding with HTML, CSS, and/or .Net. Experience with XML, YAML, JSON, Java, Python, PowerShell, or bash.Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud a plus.Experience with SQL (MySQL or other database queries)Troubleshooting multiple different Operating Systems such as Mac, Windows, or Linux as well as browsers Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.Must check phone, texts, and emails often during working days - 5 days a week, with a timely responseExperience with Hubspot, Stripe, or Aircall Jira, and Confluence a plusEffective communication skills (both written and verbal)Problem-solving, decision-making skills, and ability to use deductive logic.Excellent office skills Google Cloud, Microsoft Office, or others as required.Excellent organizational skillsAbout Fresh Talent Sources:Fresh Talent Sources is an organization dedicated to identifying the best of the best talent in healthcare, IT, and HR, and Marketing.
