Manage all aspects of customer-reported issues, including producing clear, concise problem reports that describe customer issuesWork with Deque teams to ensure the success of the customer with our productsThis position should be located in the greater DC area, but other US locations may be acceptable. Limited travel to our Herndon, VA office and federal government locations may be required. US Citizenship is required.Required Qualifications:Possess (preferred) or the ability to acquire (soon after hire) MCSA Windows Server 2016 or Azure Administrator Associate certification with support from Deque.Possess (preferred) or the ability to acquire (soon after hire) DoD 8570 Level II Certification (IAT II) with support from Deque.5+ years of experience with maintaining, administering, and troubleshooting servers operating Windows Server in mission critical production environments5+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server3+ years of experience with system enterprise network architectures, and topologies, the design, research, development, and implementation of network solutions, and the resolution of networking issuesProven ability to drive customer issues to resolution and improve overall customer satisfaction.Ability to troubleshoot and analyze Windows configuration and company-developed applications to solve technical complex issues, offer alternative solutions, and make timely, logical decisions for problem resolutionExperience administering Microsoft Windows servers third-party applications in a cloud environment (Azure and AWS)Ability to work as part of team maintaining multiple customer deploymentsPossession of excellent customer service skills, including on the phone, e-mail, chat, and in personHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience working with US DoD and other federal agenciesAccessibility/ 508 experience a bonusWindows Powershell scripting experienceWeb administration a bonus (Nginx preferred)Experience with configuring and maintaining Linux OS a bonusExperience with Network security technologies, including proxies, CAC/PIV, NTLM authentication, firewalls, etc.BA or BS degree in CS or TechnologyOther Microsoft Certifications and technology experienceOther useful technical skills: Java, Javascript, RabbitMQ, Keycloak, MySQL, SplunkApply by submitting your resume and a cover letter.
