Facilities Management’s Department of Engineering & Energy is looking for a Business Manager to assist the Assistant Director of Fuels and Utilities, with the planning, developing and monitoring of the campus’ annual utility budget of $70 million. Position will also manage the processing of utility invoices; monitor and reconcile gas and electric purchases based on contract requirements and budget assumptions; and administer a utilities database that allows for the evaluation of monthly consumption data. Must possess strong spreadsheet skills; writing skills and the ability to use a computer to process correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and database applications. A strong background in computer analysis is essential. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. With a degree, a minimum of five years progressively responsible experience, required.
