This position will be providing direct client support within various client locations in the region.Provide engineering review, coordination, and oversight of operations and maintenance, repair, and construction workOversee and coordinate activities with the trade shops, including prioritization of work, review of ongoing projects, and inspection of installed equipmentOversee and coordinate work orders, service orders, and projectsDevelop cost estimates, documents, and reportsCoordinate energy program and analyzing utility costsProvide after hours engineering services in the event of an emergencyManage project design and/or construction efforts, to include schedule, funding, and day-to-day project oversightManage and evaluate construction contractor performanceIntegrate and coordinate projects with field personnelEvaluate, validate, and manage project change requestsProvide official weekly project status reportsPrepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholdersAssist the client's Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) with acquisition planning, execution and administrationAssist the CO and COTR with conducting pre-bid and pre-construction site visits with the COTRProvide invoice supporting information to the COTR for paymentPrepare and monitor project schedules and budgets; provide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction-related issues; direct design efforts; recommend construction documents for approval; and provide oversight of any follow-on maintenance programsOptimize performance, cost, and schedule by ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and at the lowest cost compatible with user requirementsConduct design reviews with the customerEnsure timely input of all data, comments, and documentation into MAXIMO software project management tool.
