Responsible for troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, installations, and performing unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on industrial equipment. Excellent customer service in a polite and professional manner while working in a team environment. Skills, personal characteristics: Mechanical / electrical aptitude Effectively use volt, ohm and multimeters, operate personal hand tools, grinders, pressers, forklift, hoists, overhead cranes Read and interpret schematics and manuals Customer focused with good communication skills to provide professional, complete equipment service Work independently as well as a team member Sense of urgency with commitment to success Working knowledge of personal computers, familiarity with cell phone, internet and email functions. Must be able to enter data accurately. Good driving record Responsibilities: Analyze customer equipment breakdowns. Recommend corrective action. Major repairs and overhaul industrial forklift equipment Scheduled maintenance on forklift / industrial equipment Superior customer service Training: Raymond Certified Technician training provided.
