We are looking for a top notch, experienced Field Supervisor / Solar Foreman to lead and manage our residential solar installations. If you have excellent customer service skills, are well organized and have managed installation crews please apply.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Manage a crew of PV installersMaintain high levels of quality and safetyMaintain a clean and safe work siteConduct Site SurveysBuild rooftop and ground mounted PV arraysAssist with general site preparation and clean upRun conduit and cables from solar panels to combiner boxesPull electrical wiring through electrical conduitInstall and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, or other components and systemsComplete electrical upgrades, rebuilds, meter relocations, etc.Assists with the installation of the system mounts, rails, wiring, grounding/bonding, and modulesInterface with customers and respond to their needsKeep track of company vehicle maintenancePull inventory for projects and manage warehouseRefer all homeowner s questions or concerns to supervisorsCommunicate with customers in a professional, considerate and respectful manner to maintain top customer serviceUnload and stage material Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadershipUse company CRM to communicate job statuses, create daily reports, and upload job photosRequirementsMore than 3 year of experience in electrical conduit, wiring, upgrades, meter relocations, etc.Advanced understanding of electrical wiringPrevious solar experience as a Crew Lead or ForemanExperience with the safe use of hand-held and power toolsExperience complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulationsSuccessfully pass a pre-employment background check, including drug screen and driving recordHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid state driver s license and a clean driving record OngoingStrong work ethicUnderstanding of roofing systemsAble to maintain a high level of professional appearance and attitudeReliable and predictable attendance requiredAble to follow instructions and performance guidelinesAble to work in a team environmentSkills:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniquesTeamwork able to manage and maintain a positive work environment while working with peers and supervisorsBasic computer competence, including internet and emailBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompany ApparelCompetitive Salary based on experiencePaid HolidaysPaid Time OffFun, Family-like environmentOur Pledge:"Our team exists for the purpose of making our world a more environmentally friendly planet through every single renewable energy project that we deploy."
