Global Tools & Storage is looking for a Compensation Manager to leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis. Ensures that base pay, incentive pay and performance management programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. Lastly, this position will be accountable for adhering to government and company compliances, oversight of our HRIS data, processes, and practices. What Youll Do As a Compensation Manager, youll be part of our GTS HR team located in Towson, MD . Youll get to: + Develop, manage, and own the GTS NA Sales & Marketing variable compensation planning process. This includes communications, SPD updates, establishing project timeline, collaborating with key leadership, plan training, DOA process owner, harmonizing comp elements across multiple plans, etc. + Lead, project manage and execute the annual merit process for both hourly and salaried employees. This includes communication, distribution and consolidation of merit spreadsheet and monthly reminders + Own the MICP & BPP Participant Activity including: Participant additions, routing for approval, collecting and routing signed contracts, as well as level promotions and annual communications + Develop and execute on Miscellaneous Incentive Kickers in support driving key initiatives + Build, Execute and Maintain career pathing and corresponding compensation ladder for critical Sales & Marketing roles to ensure internal equity and competitive with external benchmarking + Analyze and ensure data integrity using effective audit tools and practices + Collaborate with finance and HRIS/Payroll to provide quarterly reporting to Executive team + Develop and maintain consistent Standard Operating Procedures for Comp + Keep apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws/regulations to ensure compliance Who You Are You always strive to do a good jobbut wouldnt it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
