Our major shareholders include Boeing the worlds largest aerospace company and SES the largest satellite operator by revenue.The space industry ground segment has always operated with one single antenna/terminal, capable of delivering only one connection to a single satellite and relied upon geosynchronous satellites. Isotropic Systems next-generation satellite terminal offers many simultaneous connections from a single terminal ('multi-beam'), whilst on the move, without ever-increasing the antenna cost to manufacture or compromising on performance. In-house manufacturing is achieved using state-of-the-art facilities at world-class Engineering Campus in Reading.Were delighted that our diversity, inclusion and equality efforts have been recognised by Microsoft for Start Ups as we were finalists in the Diversity in Tech Awards 2020 for Cultural Inclusion.RequirementsThe RoleIsotropic is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and own the company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on business growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition.You will use your creativity and expertise in B2B marketing within technical industries to develop and implement innovative on and offline marketing strategies to strengthen our business position in the marketplace and build sustainable growth. You must have a passion and a track record for originating and implementing unique approaches to meet the goals of fast past, high growth companies.You will grow and lead a world class marketing team to handle brand awareness, lead generation, and content creative and curation to enable sales. You will be a key member of the management team and will report directly to the CMO.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on business growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition.Own content marketing strategies and set short-term goals for online and offline marketing with digital media including social, email, and affiliate channels. Leverage full value from marketing automation processes and tools. Deliver account-specific campaigns and strategies with targeted messaging for key accounts focused on growth and retention Develop and implement a winning lead generation strategy using knowledge of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principlesOrganize and execute industry events, conferences, roadshows, demos, and strategic partner pitches Collaborate with and enable the Sales Team to meet their objectives Work closely with Product Team to define marketing strategies for new and existing products and execute go-to-market campaigns Provide continual market reviews, customer trends and competitive insightsDevelop and manage business reputation and recognition.Essential Skills And Experience Needed10+ years of experienceA track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams demonstrating progressive responsibility for marketingExperience of working with a high growth or scaling business having implemented a successful lead generation marketing planKnowledge and understanding of the SATCOM industry Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.Experience in startups or must be comfortable with speed and urgency of deliverablesMust be looking for a fresh challenge and prepared to roll your sleeves up and deliver a winning strategy with best-in-class executionBenefitsExcellent compensation package inclusive of competitive salary, Bonus and stock options packageCareer development training opportunities (in-house & external)FitBit upon successful completion of probationCycle to Work and Employee Referral schemesDaily fruit, snacks and drinks provided24/7 access to discount platform across 900 retailers24/7 access to the Well-being Centre and Employee Assistance Hotlineby Jobble
