Job DescriptionOur client is seeking to add a Remote California Workers Compensation Claims Examiner. This role will consist of handling California Workers Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must have experience handling moderate to complex Workers Compensation Indemnity claims, including litigation experience. Must have the ability to work remotely.Handle moderate to complex Workers Compensation claims with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager.Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department Best Practices.Requirements3+ years of experience handling California Workers Compensation Indemnity claims.Must be well-versed in California Workers Compensation Laws and statutes.Must have experience handling litigated files.Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.Must have California Claims Examiner Designation (current on CE hours) Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.Salary/Benefits$85,000 to $90,000+ salary, depending on experienceFlex scheduleExcellent Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)401k matchAbility to work remotelyOpportunities for professional growthby Jobble
