We strive for excellent customer support and are looking for individuals to help us succeed with our mission.Job Type:Part-time /Full-timeLocation:Work from home (within the US)Key Responsibilities:Sell enterprise SaaS software through Zoom.Digitally Market our products through several marketing tools.Online Customer Support/Training through Zoom and WebEx with some onsite travel required.Online demo of our software product to acquire new customers.Listen and understand the customer's needs and provide knowledgeable feedback.Build relationships with clients and provide issue resolution in a timely manner.Log and track software issues using the Zendesk application.Assist sales team with RFPs and online demosRequired Experience and Qualification:2-3 years of software sales experience.2-3 years of end-user software support and/or training experience requiredIdeal to have experience using any software product.Experience in MS Office, Zoom, WebEx, Zendesk or any other customer support ticket software.Ability to work in a team environment managing multiple tasks at one timeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsShould be tech-savvy and be willing to learn new software.No programming knowledge is required.Education:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceBenefits: Paid Vacation and Holidays Competitive Salary Performance-Based Bonuses Health Insurance Medical and Dental Flexible workdayWork Authorization:United States (Preferred)Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearby Jobble
