The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible to support the NAM FP&A director towards preparing the monthly forecast, annual budget and required analysis of the global group. He/she will collect and analyze relevant internal and external data to identify opportunities for expenses reductions as well as support driving and creating the forecast and budget of the corporate functional groups. This position will report to the Director of Global FP&A with exposure to the Senior Leadership team.ResponsibilitiesReviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.Understanding key business drivers.Developing financial projections and building financial models.Performing research and analysis as required.Collect and analyze relevant internal and external data to identify opportunities for cost reductions and expenses efficiencies to drive improvements.Developing sales analysis tools and sales forecasting models.Deep dive margin analysis.Work with department heads teams to forecast impacts of current 'best' forecast for OPEX spend for explanation of year over year changes and short-term financial forecasts.Manage monthly and quarterly forecast for both OPEX and headcountPartner and influence department heads on the definition of strategic management of HC.Monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods.Partner with business teams, and lead the developing of weekly / monthly financial close activities, planning, and reporting models while overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to business partner.Perform ad-hoc business analysis, and financial modeling.Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.Identify opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes; lead projects to execute on those opportunities.Requirements:Bachelors degree in a business-related field, Finance or Accounting.3 to 5 years of analytical finance or accounting role.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Advance financial analysis and financial modeling skills.Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners.Fluency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data mining.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.Desired Qualifications:Experience with Hyperion or BPC preferred Outstanding and proven analytical ability and critical thinking skills.CRS Consolidation system experience.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Strong business and financial acumen.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented individual.Ability to work with multiple functional areas and drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders.Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.Bilingual Spanish/English, a plus.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)We're an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
