Description: The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for lead generation, lead qualification, and moving qualified leads through our Marketing & Sales pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Marketing (B2B), your role will be to seek new business opportunities for SupplyKick by contacting and developing relationships with potential brand partners. You will use your communication skills to build credibility and cultivate strong connections with Inbound and Outbound prospects, from initial outreach until handing off to Sales as a viable opportunity. Youll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to meet lead generation and closed revenue goals. Primary Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact and qualification to all Inbound and Outbound leads. Clearly communicate SupplyKicks value to prospects, as well as overcome objections. Actively research new lead opportunities and move qualified leads through our Marketing & Sales pipeline via email, phone calls, social media, direct mail, tradeshows, and more. Develop, execute, and analyze Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and prospecting campaigns that drive new business and move pipeline for top-tier accounts. Identify and quickly act upon missed opportunities within our existing pipeline. Manage contact information, prospecting lists, and campaign automation within HubSpot. Manage contact information collection tools, vendors, and team processes. Schedule meetings for the Sales team and follow up with accounts to schedule a meeting. Achieve monthly metrics, including new leads prospected and meetings scheduled. Qualifications and Skills: 1+ year(s) of business development or B2B sales/marketing-related experience. Experience prospecting target accountssmall and medium-sized business (SMB) and/or ecommerce industry is a plus, but not required. CRM experience preferred, but not required. Excellent research, communication, relationship-building, and listening skills. Strong email writing skills, comfortable on the phone, and happy to handle objections with a positive attitude.
