Job Title:Construction Project Manager (Data Centers)Location: Reston, VADuration: 12 Months (Possible extension)Roles and ResponsibilitiesConstruction Execution all in leased properties.Ownership of the construction scope for Non-Standard Infrastructure projects within the leased portfolio, inclusive of retrofits of existing data halls and build-outs of new spaces within a leased building, across three different regions.Owns and manages the development of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) and ensures it is aligned with the Project Execution Plan (PEP)Provides coordination between contractors, and LandlordsProvide construction leadership at the site by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our cross-functional partners, consultants, vendors, and contractors.Preferred:Experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers/critical infrastructure, specifically within leased facilities.Ability to manage multiple projects at a time in different phases.Experience in commissioning of retrofit and new leased data center build-outs.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree and/or minimum of seven(7) to ten (10) years professional experience in any combination of construction, operations, maintenance, and project planning.Knowledge of CPM scheduling practices and familiarity with Primavera P6 software.Functional in MS Office products (eg Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.).Comments for Suppliers: Help with non-standard infrastructure projectsShift in needs within the team.Richmond or Ashburn office7-10 years of expMultitasker projects range from 600k to several millions.Will need to have worked on multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working in leased facilities before (working with landlords)Data Center experience a plusIf you are interested in this position please respond with your latest Resume, expected hourly rate, availability date, and at least 2 references to ThanksJeff Mislang PRI Global174 Clarkson RoadEllisville MO 63011 Email: | Web: 636 591 2742by Jobble
