Job Responsibilities: Conquest Cyber is seeking a Program Manager with a background in federal contracting, and managing IT programs within the federal government. The Program Manager will serve as a cyber GRC subject matter expert and Program Manager responsible for managing the contract and maturing the cybersecurity program for this federal agency. This role will also be responsible for managing the contract task orders, the team and their performance and providing excellent service to the Federal Agency. You will manage task orders and coordinating project resources, resource outlooking, providing status updates, leading technical transformation, and ensuring professional service delivery. This role is a customer-facing position, tasked with ownership of the complete service delivery of digital transformation and strategic cybersecurity programs. The selected candidate must be based in Washington, DC. Key Duties: Oversee the BPA and task order response and management processes, develop strategies for negotiation and delivery in alignment with company objectives Commitment to continuous improvement to protect company interests and improve profitability Consult with customers to develop detailed and comprehensive specifications and recommendations for meeting agency secure digital transformation needs, taking appropriate action to plan and deliver solutions Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Communicate in compliance frameworks, security requirements, and best practices to include but not limited to CMMC, 800-171, NIST, CIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and others Communicate complex ideas and dependencies for technical and non-technical audiences Manage project schedules in Microsoft Project, track deliverables, dependencies, budgets, work estimations, and timelines Track and manage risk from a project, program, strategic, technical, and security perspective Coordinate across teams to balance limited technical and program resources to achieve service delivery across multiple concurrent and competing efforts Manage Blanket Purchase Agreement and partner relationship Position Qualifications: Must have a masters degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Ability to pass a background check to obtain a Public Trust (High-Risk) Position Must be a US citizen citizen. Desired certifications: While not required to minimally qualify for this position, the ideal candidate will possess two or more of the following certifications: CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CCSP, Security+, PMP General Requirements: Conquest Cyber is committed to creating a positive culture and developing our greatest asset, our client-facing consultants.
