Our client is looking for Senior Ruby on Rails developers for a 12-month contract and possible right to hire. They will be working across several different parts of our client's platform. They will be building integrations with external services to retrieve and verify information. There are several large enhancements to our client's system as well . They also will be focusing on overall performance enhancements to the application and investigation into required data model changes and strategic use of caching. They will work to extend our API to include new verification endpoints. Our client also has many new clients to onboard into their platform. This role is only available for W2 or individual contracts. Please no C2C. 100% Remote Work. 12 Months Contract.Responsibilities:Work with product owners and colleagues to interpret feature requests and develop software in iterative design/build/test cycles using an Agile development process for a responsive web application.Regularly check code into our continuous integration pipeline based on Jenkins to incrementally build our overall system and get immediate feedback on build performance.Take loosely defined specs, work with our team to define them, and help us establish milestones.Create and enhance existing API code base.Interface directly with members of our team and client teams.Iterate on internal development best practices and operations.Write content based on your learning and experiences.Requirements:3 -7 years IT experience.3 - 5 years of Ruby on Rails experience.Restful API experience Continuous Integration experience.Experience with one or multiple (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB).Better to have AWS Deployment Experience, SaaS, RSpec, Minitest, Cucumber.Thanks for applying!Powered by JazzHREmaFJ1kd5Mby Jobble
