As a member of this team, you will define the integration requirements and maintain the associated technical specifications. You will assist in resolving technical issues submitted by Partners and Enterprise clients. This will include working closely with our support team and managing escalations to development.Delivering Projects. We are committed to producing world-class services and products. You will be responsible for assisting with technical consultations to prospective customers with the Partners sales team and for managing internal technical projects on behalf of Integration Services. This requires working with managers from other divisions of DrFirst. Being skilled at managing competing priorities, pivoting and adjusting quickly, and thinking about the big picture are keys to success.Qualifications:Graduate degree or Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science. information management or equivalent experience in implementing IT solutionsAt least three (3) years of professional experience in the IT industry; experience with healthcare IT is a plus but not requiredAt least two (2) years of experience in web-based programming or a role involving drafting user stories and technical requirements for developersProfessional hands-on experience in XML, JSON, HL7, and other API-based integrationsWorking knowledge of SDKs along with SaaS and client-server architecturesExcellent analytical abilities and strong communication skillsExperience with various IT project lifecycle processes and Agile methodologyTrack record of leading and managing complex customer relationshipsWorking knowledge of networking and familiarity with various protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/UDP, SSL certsDemonstrated work experience in hands-on technical project delivery with internal and/ or external customers covering full project lifecycle from kickoff to deliveryExperience supporting sales activities as a technical resource is desirableDemonstrated work experience in documenting processes and technical implementation guidesFamiliarity with Confluence, Jira, and/ or Zendesk is plusby Jobble
