Atlas Research is seeking a Cloud Architect/Engineer to support federal clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design and oversee an organizations Cloud computing strategy, including Cloud adoption plans, Cloud application design, and Cloud management and monitoring. Oversee application architecture and deployment in Cloud environments, including public Cloud, private Cloud, and hybrid Cloud. Act as an adviser to organizations and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and issues.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience with one or more Cloud Service Provider(s), such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or others5+ years of experience in a Cloud architect or engineer role and in a technical consulting, solution architect, or presales engineering role5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting with distributed applicationsExperience with Microsoft Identity services, including Active Directory Domain Services, Federation Services, and associated identity managementExperience with building, delivering, and managing Cloud and private Cloud IaaS environments using IaaS platforms, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and OracleBA or BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferredAbility to work in the US without sponsorship indefinitelyAbility to obtain a US security clearance if neededPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience with Windows, including Active Directory 2008, 2012, or 2016 and Linux, including RHEL, Amazon Linux, CentOS, and Ubuntu5+ years of experience with database configuration and administration, including MySQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, RDS, and Apache HadoopExperience with multi-threaded, Big Data, and distributive Cloud architectures and frameworksExperience with troubleshooting very complex distributed environments and taking corrective actions to ensure availabilityExperience with working in federal healthcare community Cloud environments a plusKnowledge of FedRAMP, ATO, and the implications of C&A and SA&A a plusPossession of excellent leadership skills to be used for consensus building and mentoringAmazon Certified Solutions Architect, Associate, or MCSD Azure Solutions Architect Certifications preferredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Powered by JazzHRSfhatTsmYuby Jobble
