About this HRC opportunity

  • Provide strategic HR consulting to one or more client groups (led by MVP/SVP/EVP) to include organizational and job design expertise and local strategy development.
  • Responsible for HR strategy development, assessment of HR needs in the business, and partnership with business to deliver HR services to organization.
  • Knowledge of HR offerings and services and ability to influence the outcome of leader decisions.
  • Establishes credibility with clients and HR partnerships to allow for delivering valuable services to the business.
  • Coaches executives on skills and leadership styles within their Line of Business (LOB).


Ideal Candidate will:
  • Understand business strategy and create the appropriate HR plans to address business specific goals. Coordinate activities with HR partners to fulfill upon plans.
  • Implement core HR processes across a client group (performance management, associate survey, talent management, recruiting, associate relations).
  • Provide Executive coaching and counsel to senior leaders in the client group.
  • Manage others, projects and project managers to deliver customized HR solutions to provide value to the business.
  • Collaborate with other HR partners on development of HR strategy, processes and policies.
  • Provide innovative and creative solutions to senior executives with a willingness to push and challenge for transformative work
  • Work with cross-functional teams to shape talent strategy and products
  • Leverage data and analysis to solve complex business and talent problems
  • Influence partners and key stakeholders across the Enterprise
  • Develop strategic frameworks to frame business problems

Basic Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 10 years of client facing experience or at least 10 years of strategy consulting experience or a combination of both
  • At least 8 years of experience in project or change management


Preferred Qualifications :
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, Science, or Engineering
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or Coaching certification
  • At least 12 years of client facing experience or 10 years of consulting experience or a combination
  • At least 12 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting
