Process Manager

A Capital One Process Manager will monitor and maintain processes to ensure they are followed correctly and help to resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Maintain and update process documents. Collect and analyze data and measure effectiveness of existing business processes. Communicate updates with internal customers on new and existing processes and provide internal customer support as needed.

General Responsibilities:
  • Leads cross-functional teams to translate G Suite business requirements into product requirements for Google and a working software requirements for the engineering team.
  • Helps manage and prioritize the Google feature backlog, and contributes to Capital One's productivity roadmap.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to build an understanding of processes or business workflows to ensure that gaps are properly communicated to Google.
  • Grows Capital One's G Suite Platform by managing, tracking and communicating features that support consistent, frictionless customer experiences.
  • One stop shop for everything Google Feature Requests related- manage, track and communicate updates on new releases, Top 10 FRs, strategy/ horizontal (by product type) FRs
  • Partner with Google to understand their roadmap and how it aligns with our requirements
  • Work with LOBs on their G Suite needs and gaps. Educate/ train them about new/ upcoming Google features, understand functionality gaps and document them as new business requirements
  • Help Identify feature gaps to Google, business requirements that are not met highlight them to GSET developers for a potential solution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like change management, communication teams on key rolling updates, pulse articles and widget updates
  • Manage, track and report testing results for monthly alpha bundles with LOBs, cross functional teams and Google
  • Coordinate G Suite training requests from LOBs with change management and 3rd party trainers
  • Manage on-going G Suite support resources like slack channels, G Suite Office hours, Newsletters, G Suite Portal etc

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
