The **Senior Data Analyst** is a hybrid position where data analysis and L measurement intersect; you will be responsible for delivering data insight, analysis and consultation for our enterprise Learning & Development team. The **Senior Data Analyst** will manipulate, clean and analyze data, preparing dynamic reports, dashboards, scorecards, etc. and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process.This position offer 100% remote work.**A Day in the Life of a GDIT Senior Data Analyst:**+ Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive and actionable L scorecard or dashboard to enable tracking and continuous improvement of L programs+ Delivering polished business reporting, using spreadsheets, charts, dashboards and presentations, to senior management and the L team+ Developing and disseminating standard and ad hoc data reports accurately and in a timely manner to stakeholders+ Coordinating with People Metrics and L team members and business partners to identify opportunities for enhanced L program measurement, reporting and continuous improvement of the GDITs L offerings+ Help conduct L metrics results reviews with L Leadership, providing insight about trends, opportunities and/or gaps based on analysis of key metrics+ Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and reporting, creating views, and writing queries+ Ability to work with data structures and metadata+ Experience with trend analysis and other data analytic techniques to help stakeholders gain insight from the data+ Work with L Team to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting and devise solutions to enhance reporting and analytics+ Experience with effective practices for data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization+ Focus on ensuring data integrity, quality, and consistency in all data products; ability to analyze data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders to assist in process improvements+ Familiarity with and understanding of learning and development data systems (LMS) and their data structures will be important for this role**Basic Qualifications in order to be considered** :+ Nine (9) years in data reporting and analysis OR Bachelor's Degree +5 years in data reporting and analysis+ Python, SQL or VBA experience in report building+ Advanced user of MSOffice Suite (Word, PPT, Excel); for example, building reports from raw data using automation+ Demonstrated experience generating standard and ad hoc reports, and produce reporting+ Strong verbal and written communication skills+ Ability to build consensus with others and work independently to complete tasks on-time+ Ability to work in a complex and changing environment; must be self-motivated+ Self-developer to continue to stay up to date as L team needs evolve**Preferred:**+ Experience with learning and development measurement approaches, including levels 1 through 4 (eg, Kirkpatrick)#GDITPriorityWe are GDIT.
