TitleSenior Java EngineerOverview of PositionThe CARMa team is looking for an experienced full stack engineer to build back end and UI for Policy Management, Consent Management. The goal is to have a jazzed up, highly responsive, and informational user experience that will boost productivity and growth of the business. You will work closely with the product owner and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver creative pages and processes. You will also leverage internal UI component library to leverage enterprise standard common UI components. You will work on Java Springboot APIs for backend. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Design, develop, unit testing, debugging of Java based applicationsCollaborate and work closely with product owners and team membersFollow SAFe Agile processesWhat are the requirements needed for this position?10+ years of experience in Java development - Java(1.8 or above), JavaEEExpert in Spring framework including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security Professional experience with indexed data persistence such as Relational Databases (SQL), ORM, NoSQL Data Stores. Hands on experience in leveraging Amazon Web Services (Fargate, Lambda, Kinesis, CloudWatch, S3, etc).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Experience doing Test Driven Development (TDD)Experience working with high levels of data security and protecting against unauthorized accessExperience with container (docker), serverless deploymentUnderstanding of GIT and CI/CD practice and toolsWorking in Agile environmentExperience with single page apps (SPA)Experience in UI designing and implementing applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSONExperience with React.js, node.jsWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
