Primary RoleWork from home as a pharmaceutical inside sales representative. As a pharmaceutical inside sales representative, the primary role is to make outbound phone calls to target accounts to create awareness and demand for the ITF Pharma portfolio of products.COVID has accelerated the trend towards remote and virtual engagement with target accounts making this role critical to the success of ITF Pharma. The ideal candidate will be highly a motivated individual with sales experience who is able to work independently from home. Principle Accountabilities / Responsibilities Make eight outbound calls per hour.Establish phone contact with office staff of assigned accounts and identify key decision makers within the practice to include Office Managers, Nurses, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and Medical Assistants with the goal of developing relationships with those individuals.The inside sales representative's goal is to identify a key point of contact for continued follow up and interaction with the goal of establishing awareness and demand for the ITF portfolio of products.The engagement will consist of an overview of the product portfolio, establish the level of interest in the product(s) and offer to send promotional information to that account to encourage product utilization.The inside sales representativemay be required to deliver product information including promotional information, patient savings coupons and sample request forms via electronic means.Relevant information will be entered into a Customer Relationship Management tool after every call to include information obtained during the interaction and any follow up items.The pharmaceutical inside sales representative will be available weekly for coaching feedback, performance updates and sharing of best practices.Skills and QualificationsApplicants with prior medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare related sales experience is preferred.
