We are searching for a senior DCCA accounting executive to manage a small accounting firm that will support a new DCAA compliant Saas accounting system that is rapidly on-boarding new clients. The software has been reviewed by a leading accounting firm for federal contracting firms and adopted as the "best-in-class" DCAA accounting software. This is an opportunity to build, train and manage a team of accounting professionals to support the on-boarding of new clients. We are seeking the following experience and skills: Help organizations increase visibility of their real-time data in accounting systems Familiar with methods of providing Accounting/Finance as a service Accounting system set-up and implementation Effectively interact and communicate with client's accounting and finance teams Partner cross-functionally within the organization Work on multiple concurrent engagements and effectively prioritize against client's requirements and expectations Responsible for successful onboarding and overall client satisfaction. Serve as SME for industry-specific requirements regulations. Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats including project status and deliverables Consistently apply knowledge and experience of delivery methodologies, financial operations, and ITI solutions to meet client's desired outcome Prepare Corporate Indirect Rates for possible audits and Corporate Proposals Hire, train and manage staff, responsible for performance management of direct reports. Strong leadership and management skills required. Meet objectives in a self-driven environment Strong time management skills Highly organized Desired experience and skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent work experience required. Master's Degree and/or CPA certification strongly preferred. 5 - 7 years of GovCon accounting and/or financial operations experience recommended Enterprise software and/or SaaS consulting & implementation experience preferred Design & implementation of financial or accounting solutions preferred Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices preferred Demonstrated track record of establishing and maintaining client relationships. Able to effectively resolve escalated client issues. Able to communicate effectively with clients, peers, subordinates, and supervisors, both verbally and with written communications.
