Associated Veterans seeks two Financial Management Analysts to support our government customer and assist with improving the analytical capabilities outlined in the tasks/duties and responsibilities. TASKS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide business process analytics support Measure and forecast requirements growth in sync with OST, OMB, and other entity requirements and constraints Measure process performance, conducting effective data analytics, and reporting metrics Utilize identified requirement gaps to document end-to-end business processes and diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and desktop guides. Provide documented recommendations for improvement and efficiency Perform other financial management related functions as needed EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree with relevant coursework and/or training, such as accounting, program management, data analytics, or similar Have a working knowledge of Federal Government Budgeting and associated processes Minimum of 8 plus years experience in federal government and PPBE processes Understand policies that relate to Federal Government and OMB policies Ability to manage multitask projects of high complexity Possess strong organizational skills to evaluate workload, set priorities, and meet mission requirements Must be advanced and proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Experience in developing, applying and improving qualitative and quantitative performance measures Experience with data analytic methods and tools, such as Tableau Possess professional written and oral communications skills TELEWORK ELIGIBLE: Yes, this will be determined by agency policy. TRAVEL: Minimal travel may be required to a field office in Kings Point, NY. CLASSIFICATION/SECURITY: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Security Clearance required.
