We offer other employee focused benefits, including up to $10k in tuition reimbursement and an optional zero dollar deductible BCBS health insurance plan.For additional company information, please visit: ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Program Management Support - Space Acquisition professional with MTSI you will provide high caliber engineering integration support for space payload, ground control systems, networking development services and serve as the technical interface with space and ground segment contractors and government partners. This position will be located on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington, DC.Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:You must be able to provide various forms of analysis to include space vehicle payload integration, verification test data analysis, communications/computer network architecture design, and system anomaly resolution.Provide program acquisition support to include requirements derivation/verification, analysis of alternatives, trade studies and program planning support to include aggregation of technical performance results to influence program decisions and expenditures.Provide systems engineering support to include but not limited to evaluation and technical input into critical design reviews as well as production and test readiness reviews.Leadership experience in providing technical direction to contractor/government suppliers and task managing work.Experience developing briefings and reports accurately summarizing program performance or addressing key issues for senior USAF and OSD leadership, and other DoD offices.Qualifications12+ years experience in engineering and acquisition support with at least one assignment for a major acquisition program.Education Requirements:Bachelors in Engineering (electrical, computer or astronomical). Masters degree is highly desired.Clearance Requirements:Active TOP SECRET/SCI, Cl scope polygraph.U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.#mtsi12+ years experience in engineering and acquisition support with at least one assignment for a major acquisition program.Education Requirements:Bachelors in Engineering (electrical, computer or astronomical).
